Construction Documents

After we have refined the conceptual plan and the client is comfortable with the design, I proceed to draft the final design and create the construction documents.  These documents are necessary to instruct the contractor how to build your design accurately and it is a very useful tool for the homeowner to obtain ‘apples to apples’ bids.  If the client desires, I can help with the bid process as well and help locate a great contractor.   Depending on your project, we may only need to create a planting plan but most residences require a hardscape plan as well.
