Concept Plans

After my initial meeting with the client, I develop a rendered concept plan that gives an overview of the design which incorporates the ideas and goals expressed in our initial meeting.  The concept plan brings us to the point where we discuss the overall design and make any necessary changes before I proceed to the construction documents.  This is also the point where we discuss plant choices, colors, and material finishes.
